Njurunda health center is looking for an engaged nurse or district nurse with further education in diabetes, who wants to be part of a wonderful team and help develop the future of primary care with us.

About the role

As a district nurse/nurse at Doktor.se Njurunda Health Center, you work patient-centered and evidence-based, and are professional in your approach, prioritizing the patient first.

Examples of tasks:

• Regular reception work

• Triage and acute patient flows

• Telephone counseling

• Help us develop primary care by being part of the journey towards future healthcare

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, communicative, and appreciates working in a changing environment where you have the chance to influence and contribute to innovative thinking. To thrive in this role, we believe you are positive about new challenges and have a strong commitment.

We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Licensed nurse/district nurse

• Experience in diabetes is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• The position is a permanent employment on full-time with an initial probationary period
