We are now looking for a resident physician (ST-läkare) interested in the future of primary care at Doktor.se Alnö healthcare center.

About the role As a resident physician, you will work broadly with different patient groups. You will be part of a large team but will work independently under supervision and follow your own patients in a smaller team. Alnö healthcare center has 3 permanently employed general practitioners. With us, you will have the opportunity to use your medical skills and develop within your profession.

Examples of tasks include:

• Medical consultations

• Elderly care

• Child health care

• Emergency consultations

Good mentorship and accessibility to colleagues are our focus. As a resident physician, you should never feel alone in your decisions, and an open consultation climate is of great importance to us.

About you

We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to develop medically and in their professional role. We believe you are a flexible person and engaged in your work as a physician. We want you to focus on your patients and value collaboration with other colleagues. Other qualifications for the position include:

• Medical license

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience in primary care is an advantage
