Come and help build Region Västernorrland's new Staffing Center! We are looking for experienced nurses who want to help create a stable resource for the entire region.

Region Västernorrland is now establishing a completely new Staffing Center within the Unit for Production Support (EPS) - a long-term, region-wide resource that will provide our care departments with safe and high-quality staffing during short-term absences and planned needs. As a resource team at the staffing center, you will consist of permanently employed nurses and nursing assistants. Together, we staff care departments at the hospitals in Sundsvall and Örnsköldsvik, always focusing on quality, competence, and continuity. You will be part of an initiative aimed at reducing vulnerability, strengthening care, and contributing to a sustainable staffing model throughout the region. Initially, the focus will be on care departments but will eventually expand to more operations.

As a nurse in the staffing center, you will work in various operations, meet many colleagues, and contribute where you can make the most difference - every day. The position includes, among other things:

• You are employed in EPS but work operationally in the care departments that have needs.
• You will have a workday with variation and the opportunity to develop a broad competence.

We are looking for 15 nurses. The positions are permanent full-time with start dates according to agreement. Place of employment: Sundsvall.

Nurse to Staffing Center, Sundsvall Job Responsibilities

Perform standard nursing tasks according to the needs of the operation.

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in emergency care

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working in staffing assignments / temporary nursing
• Have experience working in various healthcare operations
• Have a B driver's license
