The operations include both obstetric and gynecological outpatient and inpatient care, including maternity care, antenatal and postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, gynecological oncology care, and a broad gynecological outpatient service. As a specialist physician, you will work in various parts of the operations to eventually achieve backup competence. You will be part of a stable and motivated group of physicians and are expected to contribute to the continued development of effective, high-quality, patient-safe, and person-centered care. With your skills and experience, you will handle medical cases at the specialist physician level, contribute to the development of the operations, and mentor younger colleagues and students. From management, we strive to utilize the strengths of our employees and provide opportunities for further education and development in their professional roles. Introduction to the work will be provided based on needs. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Sunday during day, evening, and night shifts.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed physician with specialist competence in obstetrics and gynecology
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

  • Complete publication list
• Pedagogical merits (if applicable)

  • Certificate of mentoring course (basic or specialist training)
• Clinical and other merits (if applicable)
  • Certificate of sub-specialization
  • Certificate/documentation of management assignments and/or operational development

Verification of medical license and all relevant specialist certificates via the National Board of Health and Welfare (HOSP) will be conducted once the application has been received.
