Primary Care in Jokkmokk Municipality

The primary care in Jokkmokk municipality is a workplace where proximity is the focus. Our teams work together on various levels to provide the best possible care to the residents.

We are now looking for several dedicated and competent licensed nurses/specialist nurses for summer vacancies in our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you will be offered an exciting and developing job where you work with patients in home care, care and nursing homes, as well as support functions throughout our municipality. You will work independently and in teams with other licensed professionals, in close collaboration with care and nursing staff, support functions, and managers, as well as external partners. The work includes standard nursing tasks such as:

• Perform medical assessments, plan care interventions, and carry out treatments
• Provide medical care and support to patients
• Proactive work
• Document and follow up patients in the Combine journal system
• Collaborate with doctors, rehabilitation teams, other care providers, and external actors
• Collaborate internally with other actors within Social Services
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Nurse/Specialist Nurse
• Experience in municipal primary care is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Empathetic ability and sensitivity to the patient's needs
• Interest in quality and development work
