About you

As the Bar Manager, the guest experience is the starting point in everything you do. You work towards clear goals in quality, team, and finances, and together with the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the bar performs and develops in the right direction. You easily ask yourself how what you do creates value, for the guest in the moment and for the business in the long run.

In this role, you will operate the bar on-site and lead the service work. You distribute tasks, coach, follow up, and create a team that works in harmony.

This is a role for you who want to help build a bar that is an attractive meeting place, where quality is felt, the team is strong, and the guest is always at the center. You take responsibility, create energy, and make people want to come back both behind and in front of the bar.
