As a Service Technician with our client, you will be a key person in ensuring reliable energy supply. Here, you will have a varied everyday life with service, troubleshooting, and commissioning – and the opportunity to develop within advanced backup power technology.

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Technician for our client in backup power. The role involves performing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company's customers. You will be an important part of the team that ensures operational reliability and high quality in our customers' facilities.

The position also includes working with customers for upselling service and service agreements, as well as assisting with commissioning, control system changes, and installations when needed. You will work closely with the Service Coordinator and salespeople to create satisfied customers and long-term relationships.



Your responsibilities
  • Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of backup power systems.
  • Work with customers for upselling and signing service agreements.
  • Assist with commissioning, control system changes, and installations.
  • Plan service jobs and perform risk assessments.
  • Document completed work and report to the Service Coordinator.
  • Facilitate contact with salespeople for inquiries about new purchases.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with education in control and regulation technology or electrical engineering. We prefer that you have work experience from a similar profession. We welcome both experienced technicians and relatively newly educated individuals who want to develop in the field. It is important that you have good social skills, are business-minded and communicative, and have the ability to work independently and take responsibility.


You have a B driver's license, good knowledge of the Office suite, and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Swedish citizenship is required for the position, and a security interview will be conducted.
