We are a hotel and hostel in central Gothenburg - at the top of Linnégatan opposite Slottsskogen. With our unique location, we offer proximity to all the city's entertainment and events, tourist attractions as well as the tranquility of Slottsskogen. Now, Linnéplatsens Hotell Vandrarhem and our sister hotel Hotel Vanilla are looking for a breakfast host/hostess for breakfast service. You will be scheduled every other weekend but also extra as needed. There may be a few extra occasions per month, both weekdays and weekends. The breakfast shifts, including preparation and cleanup, are approximately 4-6 hours. You should be able to assist with cleaning if needed.

If you have previous experience in serving and cleaning, it is a clear advantage. It is essential that you are efficient and able to handle stress. Furthermore, it is important that you are well-organized and have an eye for detail as well as enjoy serving and creating a pleasant breakfast environment. Since you will have a lot of guest contact, you must be service-oriented and enjoy being a representative of the hotel.

The position involves simple preparation and serving of breakfast buffet, assisting breakfast guests, cleanup, and preparations for the next day. During high occupancy at the hotel, our regular cleaning staff will need help, so you are expected to assist with cleaning. This mainly applies during the summer.

You will have priority for summer jobs.
