Combined Position – Reception & Service

We are looking for a cheerful, friendly, and service-oriented receptionist/waitress who wants to be part of our wonderful team at our charming turn-of-the-century hotel in Lysekil. Our workplace is characterized by warmth, care, and good collaboration. We also have a lot of fun at work.

About the role...

As a receptionist/waitress, you are the important link between the guest and the hotel. You thrive when the pace is high, when tasks vary, and when you get to be the “spider in the web.” You are flexible, communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

Working hours vary between evenings, weekends, and mornings.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Check-ins and check-outs

• Booking management

• Breakfast service

• Bar and evening service

• Guest service and tips on attractions

• General reception tasks

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, curious, social, and has a genuine interest in people

• Thrives in a role where service is the focus – even when it’s stressful

• Is accustomed to working with computers and administrative systems

• Is confident in communicating in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious: Experience with VisBook and Bookvisit.

Conditions

• Maternity cover for about 1 year, possible extension

• Scope: 80%

• Start according to agreement but preferably as soon as possible

• Location: Lysekil

• Salary according to collective agreement
