At MAX, working hours vary between days, evenings, nights, and weekends. And at the beginning of your career, you will have an experienced colleague by your side and our digital training program that teaches you the job step by step. In the role of restaurant assistant, you will:

• Serve guests, provide a great experience, and create world-class service experiences
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy
• Prepare delicious burgers, smoothies, and fries in the kitchen
• Be responsible for the cash register and kitchen to ensure guests receive what they ordered
• Work in a team alongside fantastic colleagues

How does it work?

When you submit your application, you will answer a few selection questions; we do not accept CVs or cover letters, so it’s important that you answer the questions thoroughly. After submitting your application, you will receive a test sent to your email. It’s a service test to get a picture of how you handle different situations that may arise during a day at MAX. It takes a maximum of 15 minutes to complete and also gives you an idea of what it’s like to work at MAX and what you can expect.

Once you have completed the test, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline expires.

Please note that the service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we will not proceed with candidates who do not complete it.
