Lilla Brattön is a unique place in the heart of Bohuslän's archipelago. An oasis where guests come to enjoy the tranquility, nature, and the warm community of the island. We are now looking for a positive and dedicated receptionist who wants to help create unforgettable experiences for our visitors during the summer season of 2026.

About the role:

As a receptionist at Lilla Brattön, you are the heart and hub of the island. You are the first person our guests meet upon arrival and the last they say goodbye to. Your greeting sets the tone for their entire stay.

Your responsibilities include:

• Check-in and check-out of guests

• Handling booking systems (VisBook, BookVisit, etc.)

• Answering incoming calls and emails

• Sales in our reception and shop where we offer Lilla Brattön's own porcelain, gifts, decor, toys, etc.

• Administrative tasks related to bookings and operations

• Host/hostess for conference guests

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, cheerful, and solution-focused, and who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You have a genuine interest in people and like to create a welcoming atmosphere.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in reception or service work

• Good computer skills and preferably experience with booking systems (VisBook, BookVisit, Office 365, or similar)

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• An interest in learning new things and developing in your role

• An eye for detail

• A valid driver's license B (preferred)

• Experience with boats (preferred)
