As a site manager in property management, you play an important role in ensuring that our properties function in everyday life – for employees, operations, and citizens. YOUR ROLE

As a site manager in property management, you have a central role in the daily operations of the property department. You are one of two site managers within the operations and cleaning section and are responsible for the eastern and southern areas. The operations and cleaning section comprises approximately 230 employees.

You report to the unit manager and are responsible for daily work planning, scheduling, and coordination of operational work. The role includes planning, prioritizing, and following up on both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as operational service.

The work is largely operational and takes place in our properties and areas, close to both employees and operations. You act as a support in everyday life, create structure in daily work, and contribute to developing working methods, collaboration, and quality within the organization. The role also includes contributing to efficient resource utilization and working with operations and planning within given economic frameworks.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of property management and at least 5 years of experience in the property industry, for example in a role as an operations or property technician. It is advantageous if you have education in property or operations technology, or a high school diploma from a technical program or equivalent education. Previous experience in supervisory or team-leading roles is considered a merit.

You have the ability to lead, plan, and structure work effectively and thrive in a role where you take responsibility, create direction, and provide support in everyday life.

As a person, you are structured and collaborative. You plan and prioritize work clearly and contribute to good collaboration with both employees and operations.

You are persuasive in your communication and have an easy time explaining, anchoring, and creating understanding in everyday life. At the same time, you are creative in your approach and contribute new perspectives and improvements to daily operations.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are accustomed to using digital tools in your work.

A driving license (B) is a requirement for the position.
