Your role:

As a technician with a focus on electricity at The Concentration Plant in Boliden, you contribute to safe and reliable maintenance. The role combines technical work, coordination, and project management – especially before major shutdowns and during the replacement of older equipment. This is a new role, which means you will have the opportunity to help shape work methods, structure, and future development. The work is carried out during the day.

Your team:

You will work closely with six electricians and other functions within operations and maintenance. Together, you plan, prepare, and execute activities that create stable operations and a safe working environment. You will be a supportive resource in a team where collaboration and clear communication are central.

Your tasks:

• Planning and preparation for major maintenance shutdowns, including scheduling, resource planning, and material flows.
• Project management of electrical equipment replacements
• Coordination of contractor efforts and booking of services.
• Support to electricians in preparation and prioritization of tasks as well as technical reviews.
• In the long term: participate in on-call duty.

Your contribution:

You thrive in a varied everyday life where planning meets practical execution. You are collaborative, solution-oriented, and have a knack for creating order when many things happen at once.

• High school education with an electrical focus or equivalent
• Driver's license B
• Experience from an industrial environment and maintenance systems such as Maximo or 800xA is an advantage.
• Experience in planning, preparation, or project management is an advantage.
