Job Description:

Our community hosts have daily contact with customers regarding maintenance requests, inquiries, and during move-ins and move-outs. The community host's tasks also include inspections, minor repairs, sanding, snow removal, handling disturbances, and overseeing common areas such as waste rooms, laundry rooms, attic storage, basements, and outdoor environments. Administration in the form of invoice coding, orders, and forecasting work is included. The work is largely independent.

Competence Profile:

You should have a high school diploma and be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a merit. A B driver's license is required. We prefer that you have experience in service-oriented work.

Personal Qualities:

Your personality is significant for the position of community host. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem-solving, and be able to handle stress. As a person, you are engaged, structured, have good teamwork skills, and some practical ability. You should exude confidence, especially since the community host sometimes has to make uncomfortable decisions.
