We offer you great benefits and a workplace where you have good opportunities for development.

Job Description:

We are looking for a community manager for the Idun block. The property includes shops, offices, commercial premises, and rental apartments, which means you will have daily contact with a varied group of local tenants and residents. The community manager's tasks include receiving maintenance requests, performing minor repairs, and overseeing common areas such as waste rooms, laundry rooms, and attic storage. This role also includes some outdoor maintenance, such as snow removal and ice control. Administration in the form of invoice coding, orders, and forecasting work is included. The work is largely independent.

Competence Profile:

You should have a high school diploma and be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English. A driving license (B) is required. We prefer candidates with experience in service-oriented work.

Your personality is important for the role of community manager. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem-solving, and be able to handle stress. As a person, you are engaged, structured, have good collaboration skills, and some practical ability. You should exude confidence, especially since the community manager sometimes has to make uncomfortable decisions.
