About the workplace

Gunnarsons Specialkonditori is a classic pastry shop founded in 1931. We have a bakery, shop, and café in the same premises on Götgatan in Stockholm. Here we bake everything from bread and pastries to cakes, confections, pralines, and ice cream, by hand and with real ingredients. Our two-story café has room for 130 guests and is a beloved meeting place in Södermalm. We offer employment in a very well-functioning company with great colleagues and engaged managers. About you

You have a knack for service and love meeting customers and people. You have several years of relevant experience from café/restaurant, including barista. You enjoy working, pitch in where needed, and provide that little extra that makes the workday enjoyable. Of course, you are fond of bread, pastries, and coffee!

Order and precision, both in the work itself and with cleaning and hygiene, are a given for you.

We also appreciate if you have experience with simpler tasks in a cold kitchen, as sandwich preparation may be among your responsibilities.

About the tasks

Your main tasks are to meet our guests in the café with contagious enthusiasm. This includes making coffee, recommending and selling cakes and pastries, handling dishes, and creating a pleasant atmosphere.

We have a collective agreement.

The position is approximately 80%. Varied working hours. We are open from 7 AM to 8 PM on weekdays, 7:30 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sundays.
