Are you an experienced kitchen leader open to new opportunities? We are continuously accepting spontaneous applications from Sous Chefs and Head Chefs for assignments and positions across Sweden.

About the assignments

We primarily work with staffing in restaurants and large kitchens, which means you will be employed by us and work on assignments for various clients. The assignments can vary in length – from shorter tasks to longer projects.

In addition to staffing, we also have recruitment assignments, where we are responsible for the entire recruitment process on behalf of the client, and where employment occurs directly with the client.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Sous Chef and/or Head Chef

• Is confident in a leadership role and accustomed to taking responsibility for operations, quality, and team

• Has good knowledge of finance, planning, and food safety

• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and professional in your work approach

• Enjoys working in different kitchen environments (especially in staffing assignments)
