We are looking for a GN&C engineer (Guidance, Navigation & Control) for an assignment within the defense industry. You will be a key person in the development of control, navigation, and guidance systems for technically advanced systems with high demands on precision and reliability.

You will be part of a highly qualified team and contribute throughout the development chain – from concept studies and demonstrators to functional development and verification against requirements. The work is done in close collaboration with other engineers in related fields.

• Conduct system analysis and develop designs for GN&C solutions
• Develop and simulate control systems
• Implement navigation and mission planning algorithms
• Contribute to the improvement of methods and working practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams to ensure completeness and quality

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent competence
• Focus on control engineering, signal processing, optimization, aerospace engineering, or space technology
• Experience in system development, modeling, and simulation within military and/or civilian aviation applications or the automotive industry
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not allowed)

• Functional development within control systems, especially for autonomous or flying vehicles
• Experience in navigation, practical and/or theoretical, including measurement test campaigns and advanced signal processing
• Experience in project or team leadership
