Summer Job as Chapel Caretaker in Karlstad Parish

The Cemetery Administration in Karlstad Parish is looking for two summer workers to clean and serve as chapel caretakers in our chapels at Ruds Cemetery.

Job Responsibilities

The main task is to clean the building at Ruds Cemetery, which houses a funeral chapel and crematorium. If needed, you will also assist the crematorium caretaker with various simpler tasks. Some work with landscaping at Ruds Cemetery may occur as needed.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have previous experience in cleaning services. You should have an understanding of the mission and activities of the Church of Sweden.

As a person, you have good social skills. You have an open attitude towards the people you meet. You are calm and secure and collaborate well with others. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The employment is for 8 weeks during June-August.

One position starts on June 8 and lasts until July 31.

The other position starts on June 22 and lasts until August 14.
