Arvika Fastighets AB is the public utility property company of Arvika municipality with about 150 employees.

We are now looking for seasonal employees for the park department for work as park workers.

The park and land department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of green areas and land belonging to Arvika Fastighets AB. The operation also has responsibility for public green areas and parks belonging to Arvika municipality through maintenance assignments.

Job Responsibilities

You will work with all types of park and garden maintenance such as lawn mowing, weeding, as well as maintenance of green areas and plantings, tree care, cleaning, etc. We apply work rotation in our work groups.

Qualifications

It is a requirement that you have experience in similar tasks and that you have a B driver's license. A 1-year gardening education and a BE driver's license are merits. We see that you are used to driving tractors, lawn mowers, and small machines. You should be able to work both independently and in a team and have an easy time collaborating. You must have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have good physical condition and the ability to perform physically demanding work.

For the positions, you must be prepared to provide a criminal record extract, as the positions involve work in preschools and schools.
