About the Role

The position is a permanent employment with an initial six-month probation period.
As a Work Environment Coordinator and technically skilled work environment specialist with an electrical background and a focus on safety culture in heavy industry, you will become a key person in our team. You will work closely with our client and be responsible for identifying, preventing, and managing work environment risks both in operations and in construction projects – from planning to completion of construction projects. You will play a central role in ensuring that everyone present at the workplace does so safely and securely.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Electrical engineering education and several years of experience as an Electrician/Electrical Facility Manager with practical experience to assess risks during electrical work
- Education in construction, work environment or similar
- Valid BAS-P/BAS-U training and knowledge of AFS 2023:3
- Experience in work environment efforts in operations and maintenance in production environments
- Experience in work environment efforts in construction and civil engineering projects
- Good knowledge of AML, PBL, BBR as well as contract law and management of changes
- Understanding of risk factors such as scaffolding, lifts, and hot work
- Familiarity with digital tools and the Office suite
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- BAM, SAM, OSA, experience as a safety representative
