WORKPLACE COMMUNITY PLANNING DEPARTMENT

The Community Planning Department in Hagfors Municipality has a broad area of responsibility and handles a variety of assignments and matters.

Within the department, both the management of properties and technical facilities, strategic work, and operational support of various kinds such as the management of the municipality's vehicle fleet are handled. As a vehicle coordinator, you will be part of the department's overall administrative working group and work to manage our vehicles and support our other municipal operations with vehicle needs and maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

You will work in a team with the municipality's vehicle responsible administrators. Together, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the municipality's vehicle fleet is managed, developed, and optimized in a correct and functional manner based on legislation and the needs of the operations. The assignment includes both practical and administrative tasks. In your role, you will handle planning, reporting of faults, insurance matters, and booking of various measures such as inspections, repairs, and service visits, as well as practical tasks such as vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and simpler repairs. You have good communication and collaboration skills and will have direct contact with both our operations and relevant workshops or other external contractual parties. You document, follow up, and administer the measures that are implemented and planned in our digital systems.

We are looking for someone who is educated in vehicles, vehicle technology, or has other relevant education or experience that we as an employer consider equivalent. Good knowledge of vehicles and understanding of vehicle technology is essential for the position. Previous experience in the profession or other similar tasks is an advantage.

As a person, you have a strong interest in service, you appreciate structure and are meticulous, and it comes naturally to you to create good relationships and valuable networks, both within and outside the organization. You can work independently, are solution-oriented, and have a high adaptability that allows you to quickly adjust to new routines and working methods. A driver's license with category B for manual transmission is required. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
