Property Technician Wanted

We are looking for a self-driven and service-oriented Property Technician who wants to work closely with tenants and take responsibility for the operations of a residential portfolio primarily in Karlstad. The role suits you if you thrive in a varied everyday life where you work practically and have daily contact with residents, colleagues, and external suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and ongoing upkeep of residential properties primarily in Karlstad. Your tasks will include:

Practical Indoor Work:

• Supervision of common areas and apartments
• Fault correction, minor repairs, and handling of maintenance requests
• Planned maintenance and rounds
• Coordination of contractors

Outdoor Environment and Exterior Maintenance:

• Ongoing maintenance of yards, walkways, and green areas
• Outdoor tidying work such as cleaning, pruning, and minor gardening
• Snow removal and ice prevention in winter

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property maintenance or property technology, preferably within residential properties
• Has basic knowledge in areas such as plumbing, ventilation, electricity, or control technology
• Is practical, structured, and has problem-solving skills
• Thrives in a social role with a lot of contact with residents
• Is service-oriented and communicates clearly and professionally
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
