Are you a specialist doctor with or without a subspecialty in palliative medicine and curious about how we at Aleris work within advanced home healthcare (ASIH)? We are now looking for someone interested in contributing to our growth and expansion of our staff. About us Our units are spread across the northern part of Stockholm in five locations. The teams are multiprofessional, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We have extensive experience in providing advanced home healthcare with a focus on person-centered care. Patients often have a complex symptom profile, and common diagnoses include cancers, heart failure, and COPD. As a specialist doctor, you will have medical responsibility for about 35 of the team's patients, but this may vary as we also support each other during absences. Since we are on a growth journey, your placement may vary over time.

The role We are looking for you who are a specialist doctor with a great interest in palliative care. A subspecialty in palliative medicine is an advantage. We also see that you have an interest in the type of care we provide and are ready for a new exciting challenge where you get to work alongside experienced specialist doctors in a multiprofessional team.

Your tasks include examining, assessing, and treating patients. You will participate in teamwork involving several professions and contribute to various development projects within the organization. You will have continuous contact and work closely with other specialist doctors within the organization and other healthcare providers.

About you We are looking for a specialist doctor who has good collaboration skills, is flexible, wants to develop, and contribute. We would like you to have a genuine interest in palliative care. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
