The Munktell area is centrally located in Eskilstuna, and we use bicycles, cars, and walking as means of transport between our clients. You will work in a cluster of shared units, which consists of Årby, Munktell, Kloster, and Centrum. Your base is in Munktell, and sometimes you will need to assist in other areas when there is a need.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with personal care and support clients in their homes and daily lives, where delegation of medications and insulin is an important task. Working in home care is exciting as you meet a wide range of clients. As a permanent care contact, you will be responsible for a number of individuals and ensure that implementation plans are established and followed. You will document in our operational system VIVA. When you start with us, we offer various representative roles, such as food, hygiene, and safety representatives. Your working hours will be during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and is willing to take delegation. You have a B driver's license and can work during the day, evening, and every other weekend. We would like you to be able to cycle. Experience in care work, such as in home care, nursing homes, or the region, is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have experience with documentation in systems like VIVA.

To be considered for the position, you need to provide proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You can order it from their website. If you are already permanently employed by Eskilstuna municipality, we need a certificate of employment showing title, employment type, and employment period, confirming that you are covered by the transitional regulations for permanent employees as of July 1, 2023.
