Personal Assistant – HAFFA, Sundbyberg Municipality

We are now looking for more employees to HAFFA – Home Care in Assistance-like Form, Leisure Guidance, and Respite Care at Home in Sundbyberg Municipality.

Within HAFFA, care and support services are provided to care recipients according to assistance decisions. As an assistant with us, you will have an advanced, varied, and meaningful job that makes a real difference in the care recipient's everyday life.

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a person with a spinal cord injury who uses a wheelchair. The work is carried out in close collaboration with an established assistance team, and training will be provided alongside an experienced colleague.

Job Responsibilities

• Personal care
• Transfers using aids
• Daily physical training and stretching
• Service and support measures in daily life

Working Hours and Conditions

• Day and evening shifts, including weekends
• Scheduled working hours
• Collective agreement applies

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• is responsible and proactive
• is attentive, respectful, and has good teamwork skills
• has the desire to learn and develop in the role
