We are looking for two dedicated shift leaders to join our team!

About the position:

We are now seeking two driven and responsible shift leaders for our operations in Ulricehamn. As a shift leader, you will play a key role in our daily work and ensure that the workflow runs smoothly and efficiently. The working hours are divided into 2 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work during the shift.

• Support and motivate the team to achieve set goals.

• Ensure that safety regulations and procedures are followed.

• Report to the supervisor/manager about any deviations or areas for improvement.

• Introduce new employees and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Personnel responsibility for approximately 35 employees.

Qualifications

• Cooperative and good at building trust within the team.

• Experience in leadership.

• Good communication skills and team spirit.

• Ability to make quick decisions and be solution-oriented.

• Basic computer skills.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Confident in your leadership role.
