About the Position

The Transport Planner is responsible for the daily planning and management of the transport operations, ensuring efficient, legal, and customer-adapted transport in line with the company's quality and environmental goals. The role also includes personnel responsibility for assigned drivers.

Your Main Responsibilities

The tasks include planning, coordinating, and optimizing transport and vehicle fleet, ongoing contact with customers and drivers, as well as monitoring deliveries, quality, and punctuality. The role involves real-time problem-solving, ensuring that transports comply with laws and internal procedures, personnel responsibility for assigned employees, and collaboration with the workshop and internal functions. Furthermore, it includes billing/reconciliation, participation in workplace safety and health work, development of work methods, and efforts to reduce empty runs and efficiently utilize resources in close cooperation with colleagues.
