We are now looking for driven and structured summer substitutes for our logistics department this summer in the following roles:

Warehouse Administrator

As a warehouse administrator, you will control and manage purchases, goods receipt, and invoices for incoming goods. You will also ensure internal supply of goods, adjustment of inventory balance, and other monitoring systemically.

Transport Planner

As a transport planner, you will be part of a team that optimizes and plans all outgoing transports from Källby. Planning is done for both distribution and long-distance traffic, for both our own and external partners' transports.

Qualifications & Attributes

We are looking for someone who is 18 years or older, who is interested in logistics in general. As a person, you are good at providing excellent service and communicating in a straightforward, clear, and simple manner. You speak and write Swedish fluently. You are meticulous and responsible, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible and focused on learning and developing this summer!

The logistics department manages the flow to and from our production, all incoming flows from suppliers, to all our outgoing flows to customers.

We also appreciate if you have:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience working in business systems / SAP
• Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
