Your role

We are now looking for a summer temp for the warehouse for the summer of 2026. You will become part of the warehouse team, which is a small group with many points of contact and varied tasks, both practical and administrative.

The main focus is to serve internal customers with various types of materials and to maintain stock levels according to set reorder points. Daily, goods arrive that need to be received, and some packages are also sent out after booking with logistics companies. As we handle a lot of bulky and heavy materials, a forklift is a given tool. Another daily activity is to place standard orders via ARIBA, our e-commerce system, and when time permits, perform ongoing inventory checks at the various storage locations.

Existing warehouse staff are your daily colleagues, and the warehouse is under Procurement with Malin as your immediate manager.

Your profile

Requirements:

• Driving license B
• Swedish in speech and writing and English in speech
• IT skills with basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• High school education
• Forklift license A.1 + B.1 and experience operating a forklift in the workplace
