JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a meaningful job where you make a difference every day? We are now looking for engaged and responsible summer substitutes for our special accommodations in Hörby Municipality for the summer.

As a summer substitute in our special accommodations, you will work to provide care, security, and support to elderly individuals. The tasks vary but may include:

• Personal care and service
• Support in daily activities
• Social interaction and conversation
• Documentation according to applicable routines
• Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in working with people
• Is flexible, responsible, and easy to collaborate with
• Has good communication skills in Swedish
• Has education or experience in care and support, which is an advantage but not a requirement
• Can work days, evenings, and weekends during the summer

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is 18 years or older.
• Has a strong interest in working with people in a team with the user in focus.
• Has education or experience in previous care work is an advantage.
• Is confident, curious, and responsible.
• Is flexible and has a positive attitude towards work in elderly care.
• Can perform health and medical tasks.
• Can speak and write in Swedish.

To be ready for your work, you will receive an introduction with us. There is always a manager, coordinator, or colleagues available to assist you.
