The role of Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant & Aide with us

In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each care recipient's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional approach, as well as planning and carrying out daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the care recipients.

Your profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current working relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your tasks effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and bring new approaches to work-related issues. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

is at least 18 years old
expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization. The schedule includes day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of Care Assistant is a protected professional title.
