About us

In early April 2021, we opened the Dals Ängar nursing home in Falkenberg. It is an innovative residence with thoughtful design where quality is the focus. The residence has a total of 60 apartments for people with dementia.

The facility has an inviting outdoor environment with a greenhouse and walking paths. Here we work based on a person-centered approach and Humana's values - Joy, Commitment, and Responsibility.

Your workday

As care staff with us, you support the client in managing their daily life, including personal hygiene, dressing, meals, as well as cleaning and laundry. You contribute to ensuring that the client has a social and meaningful day and feels secure. You perform delegated health and medical tasks (after receiving delegation from a nurse) and document in the social journal. During your workday, you will have contact with colleagues in various professions, which requires collaboration, good dialogue, and feedback.

To be able to manage this position, we see that you have experience in documentation and master Swedish in both speech and writing. We are looking for someone with experience in care and support, preferably elderly care, and who is a trained nursing assistant.

About the employment

Working hours and degree of employment: Day and evening shifts on weekdays and every other weekend.

Employment rate: 75%

Salary: Individual salary setting of base salary, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: by agreement.
