The position involves weekend work two weekends out of five.

About the Workplace

Ward 1A is a gynecological inpatient ward with eight beds. We work with pre- and post-operative, oncological, and palliative care. During on-call hours, we also provide telephone advice and emergency care in gynecology at the ward.

We also have a day care service where we care for patients with shorter care needs, such as treatment for pregnancy-related nausea and care related to outpatient surgery. Our oncological services are also located in the ward.

We have a close collaboration with the gynecology clinic, which is adjacent to our ward.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse/midwife with a few years of work experience.

Previous experience in triage and/or emergency care as well as telephone advice in gynecology is advantageous. We welcome applicants with an interest in oncological services.
