The role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, and Aide with us

As an employee with us, you will be part of a team that works person-centered and with a rehabilitative approach. The tasks vary from support in personal care, daily rehabilitation, delegated health and medical care interventions, as well as collaboration with other professionals in the team. Your tasks will also include planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on care work with the person in need of help and support. With us, you will also participate in the development of the operations through various representative roles and in the work with different national quality registers.

Your schedule will be set for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your profile

As a person, you enjoy working in a team and find it easy to meet and collaborate with others. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach towards residents and colleagues. Furthermore, you are eager to learn new things and actively and enthusiastically participate in the development of the operations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• has some experience with medical interventions
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Social Services, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operations.

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title.
