Working as a Specialist Nurse with Us:

As an ICU nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work in an Intensive Care Unit in Västerås. You need to be confident in your professional role and have extensive experience working with critically ill patients from 3 months of age and older.

Working hours: Day, evening, night, and weekend
Period: Weeks 14-18

About You:

The work as a specialist nurse is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different maternity clinics. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those at the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
