Job Responsibilities

As a bartender at O’Learys Västerås, your main responsibilities will be to serve our guests at the bar. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests based on their preferences and providing them with a wonderful experience through friendly service and 100% commitment. You will work as part of a team, collaborating with both serving staff and fellow bartenders, and together you will create a pleasant and fun environment.

We are looking for someone who

Is flexible in your work and has a good ability to handle stress and can adapt to changing situations without difficulty. You are meticulous and believe that details are important for achieving high quality. You are attentive and aware of what is happening around you. As a bartender with us, you will be part of a cheerful and wonderful team, so we see that you are a team player who can contribute to creating a strong team and a good atmosphere. We prefer that you have previous experience as a bartender, but it is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the position.
