We are looking for summer substitutes for home care.

We have a need for day, evening, and night staff.

Your tasks

Your work will primarily consist of home visits where you meet patients in various life situations, in their own homes. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on healthcare interventions at home. You will also work closely with home care services.

Your tasks include nursing, health and medical care measures, assessments, and documentation according to HSL. You will have great opportunities to plan and organize your workday.

Your profile

As a district nurse/nurse, you will work in a team with different professional categories around the resident, but still have independent work. The job requires you to be positive, cooperative, and creative, as well as to take your own initiatives and responsibility. You are engaged by contributing to a learning organization and sharing your knowledge. You are service-oriented by always showing a good attitude and having the customer in focus. We also appreciate if you have a cost- and environmentally conscious approach. You are loyal and an ambassador for the organization. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

You are a licensed district nurse or nurse and hold a Swedish license. We prefer that you have experience in home care. Relevant further education is an advantage, primarily specialist training as a district nurse but also in geriatrics, psychiatry, or medicine/surgery or other.

You need to be able to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A driver's license is a requirement for the position.
