Placement: Hallsahammar.

Your Role

You will support the sales organization with technical expertise across all products in Heating Systems, working closely with Field Sales and production in Hallstahammar, and internal cross-functional teams. The role covers EMEA (Central, Northern, and Southern regions). While the position is based in Hallstahammar, we offer some flexibility for remote work when suitable.

  • Be the technical backbone of the sales team, supporting standard and complex sales opportunities across all products
  • Translate customer needs into smart technical solutions in collaboration with the Field Sales organization.
  • Prepare and contribute to winning technical proposals and support key initiatives such as RTO and ladle heaters
  • Support customers beyond the sale through implementation, troubleshooting, and technical training

About You

You have a technical engineering background in mechanical, electrical, materials, or similar and enjoy understanding how technology creates value for customers. You like solving problems, explaining technical concepts in a clear way, and working closely with others. You may be early in your career, but you are motivated to learn, take responsibility, and develop within a technical sales role.

You are fluent in English and Swedish; you are comfortable communicating with both customers and internal teams. You value being part of a stable team and are interested in a role that combines engineering, customer interaction, and business understanding. Previous experience is a plus but not required - what matters most is your interest in sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to develop.
