JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We strive to create an environment and care that strengthens the residents' resources and abilities to improve their quality of life and create a more positive and meaningful everyday life.

You will assist the residents based on their individual needs such as personal care, social activation, and documentation.

You will work closely with various professionals. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists are included in the work.

At our nursing home, we work on continuous improvements where all employees are involved, which means ongoing development of the operations and improving our work environment. We have team meetings every two weeks.

A good dialogue with relatives, a good collaboration with colleagues, and a respectful approach to our residents, as well as documentation, are seen as important tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a pleasant demeanor, good collaboration skills, flexibility, and strong documentation skills. It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are positive, secure, creative, action-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused.

You take responsibility for your own and the shared tasks with the best interests of the organization in focus while working for cohesion/collaboration in the workgroup by showing respect, consideration, and care.

We require that you have completed training as a care assistant.
