The Role of Nurse/District Nurse

You will have a varied, stimulating, and diverse job with regular tasks at a health center. You will work Monday to Friday with some on-call duties in the evenings and weekends.

The position is permanent and full-time. Start date is negotiable and the employment rate can be discussed.

Your Future Workplace

Bra Liv Gnosjö Health Center is a medium-sized health center with over 9,700 registered patients and is the only health center in Gnosjö municipality. We are part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv, the region-driven primary care in Jönköping County, which consists of 33 health centers close to our patients throughout the county. Gnosjö Health Center has just under 50 employees in various professions. We constantly work to ensure patient satisfaction and are involved in improvement efforts. Together, we provide care with consideration, wholeness, and quality in focus.

Your Profile

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse. We would like you to have experience in telephone counseling in Tele Q, outpatient work, and primary care experience. Digital healthcare experience is an advantage.

You can work independently but also together with various professional groups, are engaged, responsible, and understand the importance of good communication. You are flexible and want to develop and improve the operations together with us. You absorb new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues. You adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and the situation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
