Lindgården is a special accommodation facility in Rydaholm.

We are looking for 1 nursing assistant for department 3 Dementia.

We seek someone who is a bit extraordinary, with a heart for working with elderly people. If you want to make a difference for our seniors, do not hesitate to apply!

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

As a person, you are meticulous, positive, and have the ability to work independently and in a team. You easily create relationships and are attentive to the needs of the elderly.

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Delegation of medication.

We consider it an advantage if you have dementia training.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title and you must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.

You must have passing grades in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Before an employment offer, a criminal record extract from the police must be presented.

Interviews will take place during the application period.
