We are looking for a team leader for our residence, specializing in dementia and psychiatry, Nömmeberg. Those of us who work here collaborate to provide our residents with good care and support. Our values are close to our hearts.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and enjoys having "many balls in the air". The role is varied, and as a person, you need to be structured, flexible, and resilient under stress. We always prioritize the best for the user in every decision and situation. The work involves collaboration with other team leaders at Nömmeberg, HR, coordinators, and other professionals. The assignment requires a lot of verbal and written communication, so you need to have a good ability to understand and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities: As a team leader, you will collaborate closely with the coordinator and colleagues in "your" department. The work involves planning and prioritizing based on the needs of the organization/department. You ensure that staff have the right competencies. You can work under pressure and always have the organization's best interests in mind, quickly seeing the bigger picture during high care demands, absences, such as during illness and vacation.

Administrative tasks such as documentation, resident coordination, creating/revising routines, student planning, and contacts with relatives and professionals related to the assignment, etc.
