We are moving forward and are now looking for machine setters for our production unit in Vårgårda. It is beneficial if you have good experience from the plastic industry and preferably have worked as a machine setter before.

At Viab, you will be part of a great team and work alongside skilled and driven colleagues. Short decision-making paths mean that you will have both responsibility and freedom in your work. We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and engaged. Someone who enjoys taking their own initiatives and can see what needs to be done. Forklift license, overhead crane license, and previous experience with Monitor G5 are advantageous.

The position is a probationary employment for 6 months with a chance for a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled for two shifts.

VIAB was founded in 1993 and manufactures plastic components, ranging from simpler parts to more advanced technical equipment. In our production facility in Vårgårda, we have everything in place for tool production, injection molding of plastic parts, assembly, post-processing, and handling our customers' logistics. We are an entrepreneur-driven company with 45 employees. Viab is currently a profitable and forward-looking company that sees continued expansion and great opportunities to bring more production back to Vårgårda.
