Skrotfrag is now looking for a machine operator for Agnesberg, one of Sweden's largest production facilities for metal recycling. You will be part of a dynamic workplace that recycles with care and is in constant development.

About the role

As an Operator at our facility, you will operate our fragmentation plant and shear plant. The job involves ensuring that the facility runs as efficiently as possible while adhering to the existing safety regulations. In collaboration with the maintenance manager, you will ensure that the facility's wear parts are replaced on time and are in stock.

We expect you to have the following qualifications

• You should have worked in the production industry

• Driver's license for wheel loader and forklift
• 
  
• At least a high school diploma
• 
  
• Class B driver's license
• 
  
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

If you have been an operator for an asphalt plant or sorting plant, that is an advantage. If you have a driver's license for an excavator, we see that as a positive.

Personal qualities

You will be offered a varied and independent job, so to succeed with us, you must have a positive attitude towards your tasks and be proactive and unpretentious.

You must also be production-oriented and technically interested. It is important to us that you are a team player while being able to work independently when required.
