About the position Multeral is now looking for a warehouse manager to join its technical team in Gothenburg. The role is suitable for you who enjoys combining practical warehouse work with technical tasks in a daily routine where you have significant responsibility. You will play a central role in ensuring that components and materials are in the right place at the right time, while also contributing to maintaining the highest quality of products through service in the workshop.

Your future tasks You will be part of a smaller team that works with service and maintenance of professional coffee equipment. In this role, you will closely collaborate with technicians in the field and be responsible for supporting the business with the right material flows. The tasks include:

• Managing the structure, order, and replenishment of the warehouse

• Ensuring that technicians have the right materials for their assignments

• Ordering and receiving goods and components

• Performing service and repairs of coffee modules in the workshop

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and managing incoming/outgoing goods

• Working on improvements within warehouse flows and routines

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in warehouse work

• Experience in technical work

• Good computer skills and experience with business systems

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

You are a responsible and structured person who likes to have order around you. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a technical interest that makes you thrive in a practical environment. Working with service and contributing to customer satisfaction is something you value highly. You collaborate well with others but also like to take initiative on your own.
