About the Position

Are you an experienced welder running your own business and looking for new assignments? Do you want to work as a subcontractor through a secure and established staffing company? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

Uniflex Staffing collaborates with several leading companies in the industry and manufacturing sectors. We are now looking for welders to work as subcontractors for various assignments with our clients. The assignments can be both short- and long-term, depending on the client's needs and your availability.

Your Main Responsibilities

The tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include:

• MIG/MAG, TIG, and/or stick welding
• Welding according to drawings and instructions
• Quality control and post-processing
• Work in the workshop or on-site with clients

Who Are You?

• Running your own company (AB or sole proprietorship)
• Have documented experience in welding
• Hold valid welding certificates (meritorious)
• Can read and understand drawings
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and responsible
• Have good knowledge of Swedish or English
