Bohusgranit is a company within the Benders Group that extracts and produces natural stone products. The company employs about 75 people who extract and refine products from curbstones, paving stones, and walls to unique artworks.

We are now looking for a dedicated machine operator/machine driver/stone refiner for Bohusgranit Näsinge.

Näsinge is one of the production units in Bohusgranit that produces rustic and modern natural stone products.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you will become an important part of our work with granite refinement. You will be part of a team where you will solve tasks both together and individually. The work involves learning a craft in our quarries that includes sawing and splitting for further refinement of, for example, walls, posts, and curbstones. Your tasks include loading and unloading from the saw with a loader, reading blueprints and programming measurements in machines, splitting and chipping stone products, maintenance for daily operations, and working on improvements within the team to meet the team's goals. The work is conducted both indoors and outdoors year-round.

Requirements for the position

• At least a B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Computer skills
• Forklift/loader license with driving experience

Conditions

The position is full-time with placement in Näsinge. Working hours are scheduled for daytime Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00.
