About the Position

Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, technology, and team spirit are in focus? We are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous machine operator to join our growing team. The position is scheduled for 2-shift work, which means alternating day and evening shifts.

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating our machines in production. You will ensure that production meets the right quality, efficiency, and delivery precision. The job involves both practical machine work and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Start, monitor, and adjust machines
• Ensure that production meets established quality requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational disturbances
• Perform ongoing quality controls and documentation
• Participate in improvement work and preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Experience as a machine operator, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Technical understanding and familiarity with machinery
• Ability to read and follow instructions and document work
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Forklift license is an advantage
