About the assignment

We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an accounting assistant for a part-time position at the Courts Administration in Jönköping.

As an accounting assistant at the agency, you will primarily work with the handling and coding of supplier invoices. Other financial administrative tasks may also occur. You will become a part of the agency's finance department, which is responsible for the Courts Administration's finances, procurement, and operational statistics.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is meticulous and structured. You have a good sense of service and can take responsibility. Furthermore, we see that you are helpful and can take your own initiatives.

Requirements for the position

• studying economics/accounting at the university level and want to combine work and study
• previous experience in financial administrative work
• familiarity with working in financial systems
• good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable qualifications for the position

• experience in financial administrative work within the Courts Administration
• experience with Unit4 ERP.

Assignment period and scope 

The assignment is part-time, approximately 40-50%, starting in February/March, with full-time work between June and August. The assignment lasts for about 5 months, with the possibility of extension. The placement is at the agency in Jönköping.
